If your payment was declined or didn’t go through, here’s what to do:
1. Check if your order was placed
Look for an order confirmation email (don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder).
If you have an account, log in and check the “Orders” section.
If there’s no confirmation email and nothing showing in your account, your payment likely didn’t go through.
2. If the payment failed:
Make sure all card details were entered correctly.
If the details are correct, the issue may be related to our billing location in Australia. Some banks may block international transactions. Contact your bank to approve the payment, then try again.
You can also try using PayPal — no account needed. Just select PayPal at checkout, then click “or pay with a card” on the PayPal page. This often works if a card is declined.
If problems persist, try switching browsers, clearing your browser cache, or disabling browser extensions.
