At Sierra Pet Meds, we work hard to ensure your order is packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. However, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as fulfilment backlogs or issues with shipping carriers.
We completely understand how frustrating delays can be and truly appreciate your patience. Below, you’ll find some common reasons for shipping delays and what you can do if your order is taking longer than expected.

Fulfilment Delays
Our team aims to process and ship all orders within our usual timeframes. However, during busy periods like sales, public holidays, or seasonal peaks, dispatch may take a little longer than usual. We do our best to stay on schedule, but occasional backlogs can happen.
Carrier Delays
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the performance of local and international carriers. Customs clearance, transit handovers, strikes, or unexpected logistics issues can all impact the final delivery timeframe.
What You Can Do
Track Your Order
You can follow your order’s progress on our tracking page using either your order number or tracking/shipment number. Once dispatched, we’re unable to influence carrier or customs processes, but the tracking page will always provide the most current updates.
If tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, it may still be moving through internal systems. Didn’t get a tracking email? Please check your spam or junk folder. You can also use your order number (from checkout) to track your order directly.
