Why didn't I receive all of my order?Updated 6 days ago

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we sometimes ship orders in multiple parcels—especially if items come from different warehouses. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.

When your order is split:

  • You’ll receive one order number, but items may arrive in separate packages.

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number, included in your Order Shipped email.

  • That email will also clearly show which items are included in each parcel.

If part of your order has arrived, rest assured—the rest is on its way!
You can track each parcel individually using the tracking links in your email or by visiting our Tracking Page and entering the tracking numbers.
