Why didn’t I receive my full order?Updated 13 hours ago
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we sometimes ship orders in multiple parcels/ split shipments —especially if items come from different warehouses. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
If it looks like something is missing from your order, here’s what to check:
1. Check your packaging carefully
Smaller items or multipacks (for example, a box of 6 split into 2 packs of 3) may be tucked inside protective packaging and easy to miss.
2. Check the invoice inside the parcel
If your order has been split into multiple shipments, the invoice will show which items are included in the box you received. Any items not listed will be arriving in a separate parcel.
3. Check your email for tracking updates
Each shipment has its own tracking number. Your Order Shipped email will clearly show which items are in each package. If you haven’t received that email, please check your spam or junk folder.
