Standard Shipping is our free*, economy-style option. It includes basic tracking and is a reliable choice for most orders. We dispatch orders on the same or next business day, and delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks. Please note: shipping is not free to Austria or the United States.

Premium Shipping, on the other hand, is a paid upgrade that includes:

• Expedited dispatch

• More detailed tracking updates

• Extra care at every step of the process

While the estimated timeframe remains the same (due to carrier and customs processes), Premium Shipping ensures your order is given top priority, which may help it arrive sooner—especially during peak periods.
