If you select bank transfer as your payment method, please complete your payment within 72 hours (3 business days) of placing your order.
Orders that remain unpaid beyond this timeframe are automatically cancelled, and the reserved stock is returned to our inventory so that it is available for other customers. This helps us keep our stock levels accurate and ensures products don’t remain on hold unnecessarily.
When making your bank transfer, please include only your order number as the payment reference. This ensures that we can identify and process your payment quickly. Please do not add any other words or notes, as this can delay payment matching.
If your order is cancelled due to non‑payment, you are welcome to place a new order at any time, subject to stock availability and current pricing. To avoid missing out, we recommend completing your payment as soon as possible after placing your order.
