How do I update my saved addresses?Updated 2 days ago
You can easily manage the saved addresses in your account for future orders.
To update your address:
Click the person icon in the top navigation (between the search icon and the Wishlist heart).
On desktop, it’s in the top right corner.
On mobile, it’s to the left of the cart icon.
Log in to your account.
Once logged in, you’ll land on your account page.
Click on the “Addresses” tab.
From here, you can add, edit, or delete saved addresses. These will be available at checkout when you're logged in.
At checkout, you'll be able to scroll through and select from your saved shipping addresses under the Shipping section.
Please note:
Updating your saved address will not change the shipping or billing address for an order that has already been placed.
If you've entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update it before your order is dispatched.We are unable to change billing addresses once an order has been placed.
This is because your payment is approved based on the billing address provided at the time of checkout, as verified by your card issuer.Don’t worry if you entered the wrong billing address but your shipping address is correct — we don’t send anything to your billing address. Invoices are emailed to you directly.
