When you refer a friend to our site, they receive a 7.5% discount on their first order, and you’ll receive 750 points once that order is successfully completed.
If you haven’t seen your referral points come through yet, here are a few possible reasons:
Their order hasn’t been shipped yet
Referral points are only awarded once your friend's order has officially shipped. If it's still marked as pending or processing, your reward won’t trigger just yet.Their first order wasn’t completed properly
Our referral system tracks the very first order attempt by your friend. If they leave the checkout (for example, to update payment or shipping info), that initial order can be marked as incomplete. Even if they successfully place a second order, the system may still be tied to the incomplete one and won’t apply your referral reward automatically.
If you know your friend's order has been shipped and your points still haven’t arrived, reach out to our support team—we’ll be happy to review it and manually add your 750 points if eligible.
