How does the Rewards Program work?Updated a month ago

The Sierra Pet Meds Rewards Program lets you earn points for purchases, referrals, and VIP status. It’s easy to get started:

1. Sign up – Navigate to the Rewards page and create your account. You’ll receive 200 points as a sign-up bonus.

2. Shop – Earn 1 point per $1 USD spent multiplied by your VIP tier if applicable (up to 5.0x points).

3. Refer a friend – Share your referral link. When they spend $50USD+, you both earn 500 points.

4. Redeem points – Points can be redeemed for discounts starting at 1 point ($0.01 USD).

   • Points are worth $0.01 USD per point (or the equivalent in your selected currency). When you choose your currency, the discount amount updates automatically.

5. Use your reward coupon – Reward coupons are valid for 30 days and cannot be combined with other store discounts.
